A Bit About Me
Initially, I held a childish ambition of changing the world. As time passed, I came to realise that the only real way to change the world is by making a small difference in the lives of those we care for and love. I strive to extend this philosophy to my work with clients as well. I believe that every individual has the potential to reach their best self, and I feel privileged to play a role in that transformative journey.
I am an expat psychologist holding an MSc in Mental Health: Psychological Therapies, and my professional emphasis is on adults and adolescents dealing with behavioral and emotional challenges, such as depression, anxiety, phobias, insomnia, behavior management or unhealthy habits issues, and more. I utilise techniques drawn from evidence-based interventions, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and others.
My primary goal in therapy is not merely to eliminate these challenges but rather to equip individuals with the essential life skills needed to build a healthy, fulfilling life. My practice aims at fostering personal growth and cultivating a sense of purpose in the lives of my clients.

My Treatment Approach
I hold a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Panteion University and a Master of Science (MSc) in Mental Health: Psychological Therapies from the Queen Mary University of London.
I am a Clinical Behavior Analyst with an extensive training in evidence-based interventions, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Therapy, and Today's Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
My training and clinical practice are focused on adults and adolescents with behavioural and emotional challenges, as well as Couples Therapy.
My specialisation covers a wide range of psychological challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, anger management, challenging behaviour, food selectivity in children, insomnia and other sleep-related issues, daily life difficulties, and other related challenges.
We often find ourselves fixated on our problems, as if they define us entirely. However, the key to addressing these challenges is to equip individuals with effective life skills and cultivate healthy behavior patterns. Together, we embark on a journey of self-discovery, exploring your core values and aspirations, and building upon your strengths and assets to help you reach your goals.
Throughout our therapeutic journey, we will gradually uncover the causes behind your challenges and learn effective ways of dealing with difficult thoughts and emotions that often stand in the way of living a truly fulfilling life. I emphasise fostering a strong and honest rapport with my clients, built on trustworthiness, respect, and empathy. My approach is grounded in positive interventions that empower you to overcome obstacles and thrive.
Professional ethics are the cornerstone of my practice, ensuring that you receive the highest standard of care on your transformative path towards a life worth living.
