Our Approach

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

You may already know that CBT is the gold standard for addressing a wide range of psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, OCD, phobias, ADHD, and more. CBT empowers you to establish life-changing goals, develop more effective thought patterns, and nurture positive emotions. Our clinical training and practice are firmly grounded in the evidence-based literature that underscores the effectiveness of CBT.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Do you find yourself frequently trapped in negative thoughts or paralysing emotions, hindering your pursuit of what truly matters in life? If so, ACT could be the ideal therapeutic approach for you. With ACT, we can assist you in disengaging from these thoughts and emotions, identifying your values and goals, and making a dedicated commitment to actions that align with what really matters to you.

Mindfulness-based Therapy

You may be surprised to learn that mindfulness isn't solely about meditation and yoga; instead, it's a fresh approach to living that invites you to engage fully and wholeheartedly in every daily experience. If you excel at multitasking, that's fantastic. However, you or your child might encounter difficulties in maintaining focus, addressing daily challenges effectively, connecting with emotions, or fully savoring life. Mindfulness training aims to transform your life.

Behavioral Activation

If you or someone close to you has ever experienced depression, low mood, or burnout, you understand how challenging it can be not only to enjoy life but even to carry out the simplest daily activities. Through the evidence-based practice of Behavioral Activation, we can help you commit to taking small steps towards reclaiming your life, finding joy, and regaining a sense of accomplishment.

Exposure Therapy

Are you or your child inclined to avoid a stressful social interaction, a fearful situation, or an anxiety-provoking activity? This is a valid and natural self-preservation instinct. At the same time, it can limit positive life experiences and lead to isolation. We offer evidence-based, compassionate solutions to help you gradually face fears, anxieties, and phobias in a safe environment, allowing you to regain control over difficult emotions and reconnect with your life.

Gottman Method Couples Therapy

The Gottman Method was developed after studying over 3,000 couples across 40 years. This extensive research has yielded a solid understanding of the skills necessary for a happy and lasting relationship. The Gottman Method aims to teach these skills to couples, including managing conflicts, understanding and expressing needs, finding shared purposes, and reviving passion. Following the Gottman Method, 94% of couples have reported improvements in their relationships.
