A Bit About Me
During my childhood, I faced some challenging and, at times, distressing experiences. These early trials sparked a strong desire within me to make a difference in the lives of other children who might be navigating similar difficulties. Although I initially began my academic journey in a different field, I soon came to the realisation that my true calling was psychology. I dedicated myself to achieving this goal, working hard to secure a spot in a psychology program.
Today, I am an expat psychologist, holding an MSc in Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology. My professional focus centers on working with children, adolescents, families, and young adults. My extensive training encompasses various evidence-based interventions, with a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). My specialisation relates to anxiety, depression, autism, OCD, school-related challenges, self-esteem issues, transition problems, and related challenges.
From a personal journey driven by a passion to a professional career dedicated to helping others, I am dedicated to leverage my expertise to support young people on their paths toward healing and personal growth.
